What is Flexion Distraction Therapy?

It's a gentle, non-thrusting chiropractic technique performed on a specialised table. The table creates a slow, controlled rocking motion that helps decompress the spine. It's especially helpful for disc-related pain, sciatica and sensitive lower backs.
